Filed under: Easy Listening - Neoflava @ 11:03 am

Corrinne’s journey began in Singapore, where she studied classical music and earned her degree in English literature before moving to Boston for an education in songwriting and film composition at Berklee College of Music. Relocating to Los Angeles after that, she got lucky when she collaborated with a few Grammy-winning songwriters. She moved onto live shows at intimate listening rooms and cafes which introduced her to an appreciative audiences as well.

With accomplished musicianship and exquisite soul, Corrinne May evokes words and music that are both generous and genuine, stories she reveals in a voice of striking purity and undeniable magic.

She’s got a lovely voice - clear, soulful and a fantastic range. Her music would fall under the category of adult contemporary; soft music fused together with mellow, powerful or pop vocals, depending on what she’s in the mood for! “Free” and ” Mr. Beasley” are two of her biggest hits while she has the albums “Fly Away” and “Safe In A Crazy World” to her name. Check ‘em out - you will be blown away.
